We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a high quality, multi-doctor, full-service hospital. The CSR is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is clean and presentable at all times. Candidates must have excellent skills in the following areas: client service, sales, communication, and multi-tasking. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, an outgoing personality, a dedicated team player with a desire for long-term employment. Most importantly, applicants must enjoy working as part of a team in a high energy, fast-paced environment. Priority will be given to applicants who have experience working in a veterinary hospital. Computer skills with knowledge of Cornerstone Practice Management Software A+. This is a full time position. Weekend shifts will be required.
