Seeking a full time receptionist to join our busy, fast-paced hospital. Must be enthusiastic, friendly, courteous, patient and professional.
Open building each day.
Greets clients, patients and visitors and update patient/client information.
Answer multi-line phone system, take accurate messages, screen and direct calls.
Pickup fax, mail and email messages and forward to appropriate person.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Reviews next day's patient schedule, pull patient labels for surgeries and appointments and organizes patient information according to provider.
Obtain patient pre-surgery paperwork.
Answer client general client inquiries and share product information.
Processes Wellness Plans.
Scans medical records, accounting invoices and any other paperwork as needed.
Completes non-prescription and over the counter medication refills.
Manager client check out procedure, confirm service, process payments and generate invoives/receipts.
Reconciles daily cash drawer, generates cash report and credit card reports, prepares daily deposit.
Assist with weekly/month reports as needed.
