Veterinary Client Services Representative

You will be an important part of improving the lives of pets and the people who love them. Animal Hospital of North Asheville currently has an opening for a client service representative. Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; therefore, we are looking for candidates with availability for Saturday shifts.
Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Our practice is paperless so applicants must be experienced with computers. Duties include (but are not limited to): Greeting clients and pets, educating clients on caring for their pets, providing information and scheduling appointments over the phone, invoicing, checking in appointments on the computer, helping clients to their cars with their pets, helping clients with purchases (need to lift and carry 40 lbs.), keeping our waiting room clean, and much more. The animal hospital opened at this location in 1977 and has always had the mission to provide high quality medicine, surgery, dental, and diagnostics for our patients. Salary is based on experience. Pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required before employment is offered.
