    Berkeley Dog & Cat Hospital currently has a full time position available at our front desk as a Client Service Representative. This is a busy 16-doctor practice, open 24-hours a day and we need your love for animals, enthusiasm, honesty, positive attitude, organizational skills, and professionalism.

     

    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills and have effective team interaction.

    Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Client Service Representative preferably in a veterinary hospital. Must be proficient and prepared for the following responsibilities:

    • Manage multi-line phone system
    • Accurately and efficiently direct calls
    • Schedule appointments
    • Triage emergencies
    • Obtain and record accurate client data and medical records
    • Give accurate information to clients and doctors
    • Work independently and with efficiency
    • Be a team player
    • Cornerstone software experience a plus

     

    Shift will vary depending on the needs of the front desk. Candidate must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays and an occasional swing shift
