    Columbia River Veterinary Specialists is looking for extraordinary *Client Service Coordinators* to join our Front Desk team! We are a collaborative group of veterinary professionals, with specialists in Emergency & Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Dentistry and Neurology.     We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

    • Is empathetic and can provide premium, compassionate care to patients and clients.
    • Maintains professionalism and composure, makes sound decisions, and is able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Enjoys teaching, training and learning; has a strong desire to share knowledge with peers and is open to learning from others.
    • Can read, write and speak English; is able to follow verbal and written medical orders and instructions.
    • Has basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
    • Is computer literate with the ability to learn new veterinary based software applications.

    Successful Client Service Coordinator applicants will also require the following experience, skills and training to be considered:

    • Has completed a basic High School level curriculum and received a diploma or GED.
    • Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred but we will train the right person
    • Has a clear understanding of medical terminology
    • Capable of typing 40 WPM
    • Is able to bend, kneel, stoop, and stand for long periods of time; can individually and frequently lift patients and inventory up to 40 pounds.
