    The Doctor’s Assistant provides effective and timely support for veterinary hospital clients, patients and staff. The Doctor’s Assistant works closely with the emergency and critical care clinicians to assist with day to day activities. The assistant is also responsible for providing outstanding customer service including answering telephones, greeting and assisting clients, gathering client and patient information, keeping clients up to date on their pet’s status and conducting efficient client checkout.  Our ideal applicant has knowledge of medical terminology and has customer service experience.
